Fundamental Objectives:
In September 2007 Doug was appointed as CEO of Antal International Network. Doug’s goal is to “Create a globally leading business in this field where our franchisees are on a platform to do the best work of their lives and have fun and stimulation doing it!” |
Background:
• 22 years experience in the staffing industry spanning 25 countries; including Executive Recruitment, Human Resources consultancy and Recruitment Process Outsourcing
• Doug was Corporate Marketing Director for Management Recruiters International (MRI) for 7 years.
• Doug arrived in London in 1992 and founded Humana International, which grew to over 200 offices in in staffing, and was awarded the top award in franchising by the British Franchise Association in 1999. Humana was sold to CDI Corp, a New York Stock Exchange traded staffing company, and it became what is now MRI Worldwide.
• In addition Doug has worked at the executive level for 3 Fortune 500 level corporations, primarily in International Business Development and was the CEO of Norman Broadbent, the first Executive Recruitment firm established in Europe and one of the leading brands in this industry globally
